Software skills acquisition - Gephi
On-class stuff
Gephi has a layout plug-in called Geolayout that allows you to position nodes on the map according to the Longitude and Latitude of the nodes you enter, and you can choose the projection you need, such as Mercato, Transverse Mercator and Stereographic.
But this tool is only most stable in 8.2 and earlier, and as I mentioned before, Gephi's plugins basically only work with the current version. Generally speaking, Geolayout will work with another plugin called Noverlap, the function of this plugin is to ensure that the nodes do not overlap each other, so when your nodes are very dense you can ensure that the data and drawings are readable. This plug-in can only be used in version 8.2, which means that you need to configure your Java operating environment back to JDK6.
This chart lists all ADB-funded projects under the GMS framework in the Greater Mekong Subregion. The magenta color represents projects on infrastructure, the cyan color represents projects related to agriculture and environmental protection, and its size represents the investment given to the project, the geographical location may not be accurate where the projects are more densely distributed, this is the result of calculations made by the software's noverlap plug-in to ensure readability.

The drawing below was also made with the same tool and represents the selection of literature during Thesis research.
